OUR PET POLICY
We do consider pets in some of our homes; however, they are not allowed without our written permission and the signing of our pet policy.
GENERAL HOUSEHOLD SUPPLIES
As a courtesy, all of our vacation rentals include a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, etc.; however, guests should expect to provide their own household and cleaning supplies for the length of their stay. We do not supply personal care products. Basic cleaning supplies and household items are left as a convenience, but guests may need to replenish them as needed during their stay.
INTERNET AND CELL PHONE SERVICE ON THE ISLAND
We do not accept any responsibility for any problems encountered trying to connect to the internet or in using your cell phone while staying on the Island. Due to storms, power outages and other technical issues there may be times when you cannot get service. Although these interruptions are rare, we cannot guarantee they will not happen while staying at our rental homes. It will be up to the local cable/internet company and cell phone provider to restore these services as soon as they can.
