If you are looking for a vacation rental house on Martha’s Vineyard, Massachusetts, Vacation Homes of Martha's Vineyard has several options to choose from. The company is the joint venture of Sandra and Paul Bonetti, who fell in love with the place in 1978. As has happened with many others, their experience with the island was love at first sight. The island’s beauty combined with its unique character convinced them to buy a half-acre of land in 1981. Every year, they went back and finally decided to build a home in 1989 on the same land. In 2000, they built another home there, which is now called the “Katama House.” They bought three more homes on the island — “The Edgartown House/Surfside Cottage,” “Oak House,” and “Martha’s Vineyard House.” They own five vacation beach house rentals now and manage one privately-owned property, “South Beach Ranch” in Katama, Edgartown.

With each passing year, we appreciate the Bonettis and their homes even more. Everything is clean, cared for, nicely decorated and comfortable. The homes are in a quiet location which is a quick ride to the ocean and just outside Edgartown. Sandra and Paul are responsive and helpful, able to attend to everything since they are close by. They couldn’t be nicer and we always look forward to seeing them.

We have been vacationing on the Vineyard since 2004 and 34 Schoolhouse was our best rental. The house was perfect and fit our needs. It was stylish, clean and comfortable. Sandra and Paul Bonetti are super friendly, very helpful and great hosts. We had such a great time and cannot wait to return!
