The Edgartown House is a contemporary style home that features three (3) bedrooms and two (2) full baths. The Edgartown House has comfortable furnished throughout and features a large deck with additional outdoor seating, a gas grill and outdoor shower.
The first floor has a bright open floor plan with cathedral ceilings, skylights and hardwood pine floors. There is a large living room area with a large flat screen TV and a full dining room area, as well as a large modern kitchen with maple cabinets, a center kitchen island with granite counter tops. The kitchen has a flat screen TV and two French doors that lead out to a large sunny deck with additional outdoor seating, a gas grill and outdoor shower. The first floor also features a Guest Bedroom with a Queen size bed also has a flat screen TV with Roku, a full first floor bath as well as a laundry closet.
The second floor offers two (2) additional bedrooms and as well as additional full size bath. The Master bedroom has a King size bed, TV and the Guest bedroom has two Twin size beds with a TV and a bright open window view of the downstairs.
The Edgartown House can accommodate up to eight (6+) guests and includes comfortable furnishings throughout. It is located at the end of a private way. The Edgartown House is just two miles south of historical downtown Edgartown, and within minutes of South Beach, the bike path and Morning Glory Farm (a local favorite).
The Edgartown House can be rented alone or with the adjoining unit (Surfside Cottage). There are also four additional rental houses within walking distance which can also be rented to accommodate larger parties, including family reunions and wedding parties.
